Day by day itinerary

Your family adventure begins with a convenient 10:00 am pick-up from your accommodation in Olympos, followed by an additional pick-up service in Demre. If your family is joining us directly from Demre Harbour, please meet us at noon. Once everyone is gathered, you’ll hop aboard a charming traditional Turkish gulet and set sail towards Turtle Beach. This is a fantastic opportunity for the kids (and adults, too!) to swim and observe five of the eight turtle species found in the Mediterranean in their natural environment.

In the afternoon, we’ll cruise over the enchanting Sunken City of Kekova, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As we glide above these ancient ruins, you’ll see the remnants of a city lost to an earthquake in the 2nd century AD, sparking curiosity and wonder. Our next stop is Simena Castle, where your family can explore the historic fortress and take in breathtaking coastline views. Afterwards, you can stroll through the charming fishing village at the castle’s base. To cap off the day, we’ll sail to Pirate Cave and anchor for a peaceful evening in Gokkaya Bay, celebrated for its stunning scenery and calm waters—perfect for creating lasting family memories!

All of our vessels are traditional gulet yachts, which are constructed in Southern Turkey. These two or three-masted sailing vessels have everything you need, including ensuite cabins, a chef’s kitchen, dining areas and mattresses on the deck if you prefer to sleep under the stars.

To ensure you have enough room to move around your cabin, we recommend you bring a small to medium-sized suitcase or backpack.

Due to boat licensing laws, you are not able to bring your own alcohol on the vessel. However, well-priced drinks are available for you to purchase on board using a tab system, which needs to be paid the day you check-out.

On all of our gulet cruises, we offer a traditional Turkish breakfast, a vegetarian lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, which are included in the price.
We offer Jain, Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal and Kosher food options on request.
You are welcome to bring extra snacks for the journey. Drinks can only be purchased on board on a tab basis, paid on the day you disembark.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks on board (including water) but you can bring your own snacks, such as peanuts, crisps, biscuits etc.

Bar Payments: Please keep in mind that you will need to have cash available to cover any expenses at the bar during the trip. The bar payments will be settled on the final day of the journey. It is possible that there won’t be any ATMs available at the ports, so it is best to plan accordingly. However, do not worry about withdrawing cash at the outset as there are ATMs in Kas Port town that will become accessible on the second day of the journey.

Some boats have power sockets in the cabins while other vessels only have them only in the salon area. The power sockets can be used when the engine or generator is on.

Beach Towels not provided: Please be advised that we do not provide beach towels on board. We kindly request that you bring your own towels for use at the beach. While bath towels are available, they should not be used for the beach. Please note that shops selling towels are easily found in every town throughout Turkey.

Gulet boats have limited energy resources, which is why it’s recommended to limit the use of air conditioning to 4-6 hours per day. This will help conserve fuel and optimize the efficiency of the boat. It will also extend the lifespan of the generator and support eco-friendly practices by relying on natural ventilation. Running the generator at night can be quite noisy and disruptive to other passengers. Therefore, it’s important to strike a balance between guest comfort and environmental responsibility.

Here’s What The Mates Are Saying

Olympos to Fethiye Family Edition, 3 Nights

We had a great time on the 4 day trip from Olympos to Fethiye. The food was unreal, scenery was even more beautiful than the photos, and we had a great group of travelers.

Would have been nice to have a little bit more communication regarding hotel pick-up in advance. Note also that the cabins are small (to be expected) and very warm. We all slept on the upper deck under the stars and it was incredible.
