Role Overview

As an Onboard Representative, you’ll be the face of SAILNSTAY, responsible for guest assistance, guidance, and overall satisfaction throughout our 7-day cruises. Collaborating closely with the ship’s captain and crew, you’ll ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome & Orientation: Greet guests upon arrival and provide comprehensive briefings about the yacht’s amenities, safety protocols, and itinerary.
  • Daily Updates: Deliver timely information regarding daily schedules, excursions, and onboard activities.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordination with Crew: Liaise between guests and the yacht’s crew to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Activity Organization: Arrange and oversee onboard events, excursions, and other guest activities.

Required Skills

  • Organizational Skills: Manage up to 20 guests, ensuring all activities and schedules run smoothly.
  • Customer Care: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • High Energy Levels: Maintain enthusiasm and stamina in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Provide clear and prompt information to guests and crew.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively address challenges and find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Turkish is advantageous but not mandatory.
